We hope that you love all of your purchases from Stevie’s Beauty Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes it just doesn’t work out!
Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still on within 14 days. In the event you prefer to return your item, only a store credit will be issued. A size exchange is permissible assuming the size needed is available and in stock.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. A full refund will only be issued on any item that is damaged. Buyer pays shipping on any return items.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale Items, which would be stated, or clearances items. PRE ORDER ITEMS ARE EXEMPT OF RETURNS AND REFUNDS.
